We’re looking for a detail-oriented Buyer with strong procurement experience to lead sourcing activities from requisition to delivery. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting project and operations teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of goods and services, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation

Lead competitive bidding processes (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and conduct commercial bid evaluations

Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Risk, Project Management) and external suppliers

Create and manage purchase orders, maintain accurate records in SAP, and ensure compliance with procurement policies

Monitor PO status and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Resolve invoice discrepancies and support supplier qualification efforts

Serve as the primary contact for procurement activities within assigned scope

Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and strengthen supplier relationships
Requirements

SAP Buyer experience is required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field

3–10 years’ experience in purchasing, contracts, or project procurement

Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and Incoterms
-
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
-
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable working independently and in teams

Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
-
Demonstrated integrity and ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred

Experience in the oil & gas sector

Commercial negotiation skills

Familiarity with Power BI
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $30.00 and $33.00
