M365 Project Manager
Description of Assignment
The Project Manager Specialist– Technology Service Management is required to accomplish the required tasks from planning, organizing, leading and controlling the administration of all aspects of the project. This Project Manager will oversee the deliverables within the planned schedule of M365 Program.

Assignment Duties
1.           Prepare Project definition, scope documents with guidance from management
2.           Manage all Project work plans, update schedules and report progress against plan
3.           Prepare budget estimates with guidance from management and track ongoing Project expenses
4.           Facilitate expense approvals and adhere to procurement and finance requirements and approval policies for project?related activities to support Project internal leadership
5.           Prepare communications to senior management through guidance from senior Project manager/Program Manager or development management
6.           Research project management tools or other topics in support of current and future efforts
7.           Adhere to and support internal project management standards and processes
8.           Function as focal point for Project information, secured and with confidential access. 
9.           Other deliverables as directed by management as part of M365 Program 
 
Qualifications
Among the strengths you bring to the role of Project Manager Specialist, Technology Services will be the following key qualifications: 
 
1.           Extensive experience managing all aspects of transformational enterprise-wide IT projects in complex, multi-departmental environments (including budget and timeline management, scope management, estimating and managing project resources, risk management, issues management, organizational change management, timely decision-making, critical path identification, business transformation, data transformation/migration, user experience optimization, Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, etc.). 
2.           Considerable experience with contract negotiations, procurement procedures and Vendor and Contract Management. 
3.           Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow. 
4.           Experience managing and delivering on large-scale multi-divisional projects using a hybrid approach to delivery, while incorporating the principles of agile/iterative methodology. 
5.           Experience conducting and leading velocity driven sprint planning sessions, creating/maintaining sprint schedules, running scrum meetings, identifying and removing barriers for the team. 
6.           Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset. 
7.           Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is considered an asset. 
8.           Demonstrated knowledge leading SaaS projects and migration projects, specifically M365 deployments would be considered an asset. 
9.           Demonstrated knowledge of using project management tools for planning and implementing complex projects and packages. 
10.         Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability to effectively communicate project status to multiple streams of Executive and Senior management, business and technical stakeholders for assigned projects. 
11.         Excellent people management skills and experience working with, and managing, technical project teams in application development, implementation of infrastructure solutions.
 
Deliverables
This Project Manager specialist will support the M365 Portfolio Manager managing the activities to deliver applications and solutions under M365 platform (Sharepoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, and others) on time, on budget and with expected quality.
 

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$105.00
