Job Title: Structural Quality Inspector
Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
Our client, a tier-one aerospace manufacturer, is looking to bring on two quality-focused inspectors to support ongoing airframe production. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in aerospace or complex mechanical environments, this is a great opportunity to join a high-precision assembly program with strong cross-functional support.
Your Key Functions Will Include:

Performing oversight on various build activities, such as riveting, bonding, fastener install, and shim placement

Reviewing and validating in-process and final product configurations (sub-assembly and full structures)

Identifying workmanship issues and logging deviations using internal QA systems (e.g., SAP, MES, or equivalent)

Participating in root cause analysis and supporting corrective/preventive action plans (e.g., 8D, QRQC)

Verifying that production documentation, methods, and operator practices align with internal standards and client specs

Signing off on required inspection points, including FAI and delegated inspection gates

Collaborating with shop floor, quality engineering, and manufacturing teams to maintain build integrity
Who You Are:

Graduate of a technical program in quality, aerospace manufacturing, or mechanical systems (Diploma or 2-year degree ideal)

Prior experience in aerospace fabrication, quality control, or structural build environments is highly preferred

Confident working with blueprints, inspection criteria, and digital documentation tools

Naturally detail-oriented, able to spot variances quickly, and work constructively with production teams

Familiar with industry documentation practices and continuous improvement tools
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$25.00 and CA$40.00
