Project Manager – Industrial (Cold Storage / Distribution)
Location: Northeast San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Estimated Duration: Fulltime

 
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact industrial cold storage and distribution facility in Northeast San Antonio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex industrial environments—particularly those involving freezer systems, ammonia refrigeration, and warehouse distribution—and is ready to lead a multimillion-dollar project alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as lead PM on a large-scale cold storage project valued at $150M+
  • Manage all client-facing communication, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Lead the design coordination process, collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and owners
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality control, schedule adherence, and issue resolution
  • Own project outcomes—managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and reporting from precon through closeout
  • Maintain a full-time presence on-site and conduct routine jobsite and coordination meetings

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in commercial/industrial construction, including cold storage and ammonia-based systems
  • Demonstrated success managing projects over $100M in a lead role
  • Strong experience managing teams and subcontractors through both design and construction phases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and common construction project management platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills

 
Location & Travel:

  • Full-time, onsite role in Northeast San Antonio
  • Candidates may be based out of Austin, Kyle, or San Antonio, but must be regularly on-site

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000

Our benefits offering includes medical, dental, vision and 401k.
