Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and industry-specific cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Develop and manage incident response plans to address potential security breaches
- Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, engineering, and operations teams, to ensure cybersecurity measures are integrated throughout the project
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity (Or Related Field)
- 10 + years working in Cybersecurity, with a focus on managing security for large infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Risk Assessment, Incident Response, and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Information's Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Ethical Hackey (CEH)
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$75.00 and CA$80.00
