Job Title: Data Analyst – Power BI (Visualization)

Position: Data Analyst – Visualization/Automation in Power BI
Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with deep expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Python to join our data team. This role will be instrumental in driving data insights, automating workflows, and supporting business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline data processes and business operations.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and automation tools.
- Support ad hoc data requests and provide actionable insights.
- Document processes and maintain version control for all automation and analytics assets.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Strong experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, connectors).
- Proficient in Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience with SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Knowledge of Tibco Spotfire Analyst would be an asset.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$50.00 and CA$60.00
