Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: 6 Months

Provides advice and supports the holistic marketing objectives of our client as a whole and acts as a hub to all segments within the business. Maintains an understanding of our client’s business and products to produce effective and integrated brand marketing solutions.  Creates, develops and executes marketing plans/strategies that are consistent with brand standards and align to strategic objectives. Develops, recommends and executes marketing plans for initiatives to include customer marketing and communications, brand amplification, increase awareness, drive retention. Manages cross-functional relationships across business/groups to leverage opportunities and services. Acts as a liaison between Insurance and internal marketing functions in order to provide input into the central marketing process and ensure alignment. Will work as key business function across all segments with in Insurance to create social road maps and create content with support for segment SMEs.

  • Develops and implements short and long term plans/strategies, activation plans, schedules, budgets, communications and tactical plans, as required.
  • Monitors progress against milestones, recommends and implements adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Oversees/coordinates the development and distribution of marketing solutions per assigned channels/media for campaigns, partnerships and special events/conferences.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external partners to include vendors and suppliers.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.

Strategy

  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
  • Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.

Data / Analytics

  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
  • Produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Typically between 4 – 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Verbal & written communication skills – Indepth.
  • Collaboration & team skills – In-depth.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills – Indepth.
  • Influence skills – In-depth.
  • Data driven decision making – In-depth.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$30.00 and CA$40.00
