Job Title: Sr PM

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Estimated Duration: 10 Months

Purpose/Overview 
The Deliverable Lead manages the end-to-end delivery of AI projects pods, ensuring alignment between project milestones and business objectives. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, this role oversees day-to-day operations, risk management, and stakeholder communication, driving successful outcomes for AI initiatives. 

Core Responsibilities 
– Manage pod delivery timelines and project milestones 
– Ensure alignment between project milestones and business objectives 
– Coordinate project schedules and deliverables 
– Maintain a clear project governance and ensure proper project scope management
– Act as translator between business and technology teams 
– Manage day-to-day operational activities (Scrum Master/Product Owner duties) 
– Escalate and resolve risks/issues to the program management office
– Define and track project success criteria (KPIs)
– Support budgeting/cost analysis as necessary 
– Produce status reports, RAID logs, playbooks, and templates 
– Lead stakeholder communication and change management activities 
– Drive common tooling, components, and patterns to reduce duplication 
– Support business in problem framing and operational use case intake 

Qualifications, Competencies and Key Requirements 
– 5 to 10+ years experience in project delivery, preferably in AI or digital transformation 
– Proven track record in managing complex technical projects (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) 
– Strong business acumen and technical literacy (APIs, data flows, system architecture) 
– Strong experience delivery project with Azure DevOps (or Jira)
– Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and KPI tracking 
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills 
– Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management 
– Strong analytical skills 

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$120.00
