WalkMe Solution Engineer
Overview:
Design, build, and optimize Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions that improve user engagement, system adoption, and process efficiency for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings both platform expertise and consulting acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable WalkMe solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and Resources.
- Integrate WalkMe with target enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.).
- Conduct QA, UAT, and performance tuning to ensure optimal user experience.
- Provide ongoing analytics, reporting, and recommendations for DAP improvement.
- Partner with UX, change management, and product teams to align WalkMe solutions with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–4+ years’ experience with WalkMe with Builder I and II certifications.
- Demonstrated success deploying and maintaining enterprise WalkMe environments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing content.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with WalkMe Insights.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Preferred:
- Experience in digital transformation or SaaS consulting environments.
- Exposure to multiple business systems (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, etc.).

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00
