Title: Corporate Real Estate Program Manager – Capital Markets

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Program Manager to support our Capital Markets business located in our Times Square headquarters. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex real estate, workplace, and infrastructure initiatives that directly support trading, risk, technology, and revenue-generating functions.
The ideal candidate has experience managing large trading floor programs, coordinating with technology and business stakeholders, and delivering projects in fast-paced, highly regulated financial environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trading Floor Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trading floor build-outs, renovations, expansions, and relocations.
- Develop seating plans, adjacency layouts, and capacity models aligned with Capital Markets team structures.
- Coordinate trader workstation requirements including multi-monitor setups, turret systems, power, cooling, and ergonomic considerations.
- Manage vendor relationships for trading desks, AV installations, and specialized furniture/equipment.
2. Infrastructure & Technology Coordination
- Oversee integration of CRE projects with Capital Markets Technology, including:
- Structured cabling
- Market data infrastructure
- Redundant power, UPS, and backup systems
- Low-latency network routing and specialized communications equipment
3. Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) Management
- Manage large-scale Capital Markets moves, including weekend cutovers to minimize business disruption.
- Oversee trader technology migration (monitors, turrets, PCs, phones, secure devices).
- Ensure accurate communication, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment for all MAC cycles.
4. Compliance, Risk, & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure workplace design and construction align with SEC, FINRA, and internal compliance requirements.
- Partner with Compliance and InfoSec to maintain secure access controls and restricted areas.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and documentation for capital markets spaces.
5. Budgeting & Capital Planning
- Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for real estate projects.
- Oversee vendor bids, financial tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Ensure projects meet financial targets while maintaining quality and operational resilience.
6. Space Planning & Portfolio Strategy
- Support long-term real estate planning for the Capital Markets group, including:
- Trading floor space strategy
- Business growth projections
- Hybrid work impacts
- Cost optimization and leasing considerations
7. Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Act as the central coordination point between:
- Capital Markets leadership
- Corporate Real Estate
- Technology Infrastructure teams
- Facilities, Security, and Workplace Services
- External consultants, architects, and contractors
8. Business Continuity & Critical Operations Support
- Develop and maintain secondary trading site strategies.
- Ensure redundancy for power, cooling, and network services.
- Support incident response for outages, emergencies, and unplanned disruptions impacting trading operations.
Qualifications
Required
- 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, Construction Program Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience supporting Capital Markets, Trading Floors, or mission-critical financial environments.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure used in trading operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor, multi-phase workplace projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience in budgeting, capital planning, and financial governance.
Preferred
- Experience with major banks, large consulting firms, or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with low-latency trading systems and capital markets data environments.
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and related regulatory frameworks.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CRE industry certifications.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $80.00 and $100.00
