Job Title: Senior WalkMe Solution Engineer

Overview
The Senior WalkMe Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical and operational lead for our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) practice. This individual is responsible for designing, building, and managing enterprise-grade WalkMe solutions while also establishing best practices, mentoring junior team members, and guiding the strategic roadmap for WalkMe across the organization.
Responsibilities (Tightened + Elevated)

Own the entire WalkMe lifecycle: discovery, architecture, build, QA, UAT, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

Architect scalable DAP solutions across enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, ITSM, etc.).

Build advanced Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, Validations, ShoutOuts, and personalized experiences.

Establish and enforce WalkMe governance: naming conventions, lifecycle management, documentation, version control, and QA standards.

Lead client meetings, gather requirements, and translate needs into workable technical solutions.

Drive WalkMe Insights analytics, build funnels, analyze drop-offs, and recommend optimization strategies tied to real KPIs.

Serve as the team lead for WalkMe practitioners—supporting junior builders, conducting code reviews, establishing technical excellence.

Partner with UX, process design, change management, and product owners to ensure WalkMe aligns to adoption strategy.

Manage intake, roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and expectations.
Required Skills & Experience (Senior-Level)

4–6+ years of hands-on WalkMe development in enterprise environments

Builder I & II certified or equiveilant experience

Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-system WalkMe deployments

Strong JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS

Deep experience with WalkMe Insights and data-driven optimization

Strong client-facing and communication skills
-
Ability to manage a WalkMe practice: intake, prioritization, governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

Experience supporting or leading public sector or regulated-industry clients preferred

Experience owning a DAP program or “WalkMe Center of Excellence”

SaaS consulting experience

Experience with FedRAMP, public-sector compliance, accessibility standards, or government contracting
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $75.00 and $90.00
