The SIPS (Solution Implementation Planning and Support) Team is comprised of a group of high performing and knowledgeable analysts who consult, solution, design and support on project and business unit implementations.

The team challenges existing processes and technologies in pursuit of seamless customer experiences, process improvement, and efficiency.
This dynamic environment requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively communicate, a proven record of delivering quality results as well as a strong foundation in information technology.

The Business Analyst will lead the planning, analyzing , managing requirements and design business processes while ensuring reliable day to day operation of our desktop technologies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CTB and CTFS systems, including Pega, Chordiant, TSYS, Admin UI, Jira, Confluence as well as MS applications such as Power Point, Excel, Word, and Visio. The candidate must have a high degree of technical aptitude and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to varied audiences.
 

  • Liaise between the business and technology developers, ensuring common understanding and alignment of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements using best practice methods and tools
  • Perform stakeholder analysis to establish business needs and workflows
  • Point of contact for various stakeholders related to system issues, questions, and support requirements
  • Provide operational, technical and process improvement support across multiple systems
  • Provide subject matter expertise and design consultations on call centre technologies
  • Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Clearly communicate the impacts of all system related changes, additions, and conversions to stakeholders
  • Support testing efforts, provide test scenarios, and interact with testers and test department to ensure testing is completed successfully pre and post-production
  • Attend required project meetings representing CS&O technology

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$53,000 and CA$70,000
