Are you ready for a career-defining opportunity with one of Canada’s fastest-growing Retail Media Networks?
Welcome to Triangle Retail Media (TRM)—where data, creativity, and commerce converge. We harness the power of first-party customer insights—from preferences and purchase behaviour to lifestyle and media consumption—to build high-performing, measurable marketing solutions for leading brands and agencies.

At the heart of TRM is the Triangle Loyalty ecosystem, with over 11 million active members, enabling unparalleled audience understanding, personalization at scale, and closed-loop measurement across all Canadian Tire Corporation retail banners.
We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and champion TRM’s Retail Media solutions as a strategic partner to agencies and advertisers. You will join a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial team shaping the future of retail media in Canada.

What You’ll Do
You will make an impact by:

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of strategic clients and agency partners, cultivating strong relationships and identifying scalable growth opportunities.
  • Prospecting and closing new business to expand TRM’s advertiser footprint and agency partnerships, building a healthy and predictable pipeline.
  • Designing tailored pitches and strategic proposals that address client objectives and effectively articulate TRM’s value proposition across formats (onsite display, video, social, email, offsite).
  • Leading client growth strategies by aligning TRM’s solutions to business objectives, unlocking new investment opportunities, and maximizing account revenue.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (Merchandising, Ecomm, Data Analytics, Measurement, Ad Ops, Ad Product) to shape innovative solutions and elevate client outcomes.
  • Driving strategic account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Staying ahead of retail media and ad tech trends, identifying innovation opportunities, and helping shape TRM’s evolving offering.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in digital media, advertising, or marketing sales, with proven success in solution selling.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, retail media, and ad tech, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, including pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and influencing executive-level decision makers.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, with experience leading high-stakes client engagements.
  • Strategic, analytical, and adaptable mindset—able to navigate ambiguity and prioritize with discipline.
  • Thrive in both large corporate structures and agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with brand marketing and/or performance media campaigns is an asset.
