Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, track, and manage program budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
• Manage program resources, including procurement of staff, and provide leadership through motivation, coaching, and guidance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements.
• Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to systems development and program management best practices.
• Deliver presentations to steering committees and program sponsors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (required).
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree (preferred).
• PMP or PMI certification.
• 8–10 years of proven program management experience.
• Strong people management and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong risk assessment and management skills related to technology applications and business functions.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects:
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Involved in a digital software program which is underway, going through the phase 1 launch on November 18th. Bring in and consolidate many other digital programs team is based out of Toronto. Digital transformation journey. 5000+ websites across the globe, and we are trying to consolidate all into 1 to AEM Cloud Transformative initiative by the leadership team

Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
1) 8–10 years of proven program management experience in technology-driven environments
2) PMP or PMI Certification (or equivalent professional program management credential).
3) Strong Agile expertise, including experience working in Scrum or SAFe frameworks
4) Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams
5) Demonstrated success delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform ecosystems
Nice-to-have Skills:
1) MBA or other advanced degree in business, technology, or related field.
2) Experience with cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for technology programs
3) Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud or similar enterprise CMS platforms
4) Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
5) Exposure to global operations and regulatory compliance in multi-region deployments
Years of Experience: 8–10 years of proven program management experience is required.
Degrees/Certifications Required: Required – Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred: MBA or other related advanced degree.
PMP or PMI certification.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$85.00 and CA$100.00
