Triangle Lifecycle Reporting & Insights is a high performing analytics team whose responsibilities include campaign analytics (audience selection, strategy design, performance analysis); building and maintaining self-serve, interactive dashboards; and providing customer and portfolio insights.  There is a significant amount of cross-divisional collaboration and exposure to many aspects of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop marketing campaign targeting incorporating test and learn strategies for digital/email/traditional channels based on objectives obtained through written and verbal communication with our business partners.
  • Provide ongoing and ad-hoc campaign performance analysis which will include success of the campaign, insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Explore and analyze data from multiple databases and resources. 
  • Develop new data visualization dashboards while enhancing and maintaining existing reports; utilizing platforms such as Tableau.
  • Generate ad-hoc analysis based on customer data and transactional behaviour, enabling our business partners to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with multiple parts of the business and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Participate in business council and other projects as a customer analytics lead.
  • Champion change and innovation across all supported areas of analytics.

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics or related programs
  • Understanding of the credit card business/financial services industry
  • Programming experience, preferably in SAS or SQL; knowledge of Python, R or Hive or DataBricks would be an asset
  • Intermediate experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, previous experience in an analytics environment
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into program/technical requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable and flexible; ability to navigate changing priorities

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$60,000 and CA$70,000
