Role profile description:
We are seeking several experienced senior project managers to join our team supporting our Data Access Management Program, Multi Factor Authentication Programs & Enterprise Authentication Program.
 
The Project Manager reports to the Manager, Technology Delivery and is responsible for leading high-profile Identity & Access Management initiatives within the Information Security & Technology Risk division. This role involves close collaboration with IT and business executive leaders, project team members, and external parties to ensure projects are properly defined, planned, and delivered. The Project Manager is accountable to the Executive Sponsor, Project Sponsor and Delivery Leader for managing project scope, budget, schedule, and quality to deliver business outcomes that meet leadership and client expectations.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Lead large complex Identity & Access Management initiatives
  • Apply business and technical acumen to align deliverables with the Business Case.
  • Collaborate with the senior stakeholders, project sponsor, and delivery leader to develop the business case and project charter, including scope, objectives, approach, success measures, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
  • Create integrated project plans with strong financial and project acumen, including cost estimates, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and costs, including analysis of capitalization, amortization, and expense management.
  • Engage with governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate risk profiles, standards, and governance processes.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative risk planning and analysis.
  • Track and monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to organizational change and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency
Qualifications
  • > 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment; demonstrated experience in Infrastructure and Cyber Security with a heavy focus on Identity & Access Management technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with application and development teams.
  • Extremely proficient in stakeholder management and able to adjust communication approach to different audiences including executives, AVP’s & Directors.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and frameworks; experience with Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and share information effectively.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for executive audiences.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on delivering business outcomes and managing risk.
  • Strong proficiency in financial management, including capital acquisitions.
  • Experience in risk assessment and management.
  • Proven ability to manage high complexity projects requiring change management across various portfolios.
  • Flexibility to accommodate aggressive timelines and after hours implementations
  • Skilled in resource planning and performance management.
  • Extremely proficient with tools including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Clarity, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across geographies and functions.

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$110.00
