Job Title: Office Services Support
Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail; manage outgoing mail and packages; coordinate courier logistics and ensure cost-effective shipping.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks; submit orders; audit deliveries; coordinate machine maintenance and ensure consistent product availability.
- Provide refreshment products as backup to primary supplier outages/shortages
- Maintain inventory of office supplies; organize and restock supply storage areas; submit orders and audit deliveries for quality and accuracy.
- Process requests for new, terminated, or modified access cards; coordinate with building security; conduct regular audits and resolve access issues promptly.
- Identify service requirements; coordinate vendor services; oversee confidential shredding processes; ensure timely and quality delivery of facility services through third-party vendor coordination (General Maintenance, Service Requests)
- Weekly inventory reports for coffee, refreshments, and stationery.
- Weekly shelf stocking & general organization of kitchens & supply rooms.
- Monthly audit reports for access control and security compliance.
- Service coordination logs for mail, courier, and facility services.
- Quality assurance checklists for vendor-delivered services.
Minium Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have worked in a similar office environment
- Experienced in running audit and inventory reports
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, will be moving furniture etc.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$27.00 and CA$30.00
