Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner who will support product development while also acting as a Project Coordinator and contributing to data analysis activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their product or business career who enjoys working cross-functionally, organizing work, and using data to support decision-making. The role will work closely with senior product owners, engineering, design, business stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives and smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership Support · Assist senior Product Owners in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria · Maintain and prioritize the product backlog under guidance · Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives · Help translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams · Support product documentation and roadmap updates
Project Coordination · Coordinate day-to-day project activities across teams and stakeholders · Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables · Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed on schedule · Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and escalate when needed · Prepare and share project status reports and meeting notes · Support communication between product, tech, business, and external teams
Data Analysis & Reporting · Collect, clean, and analyze product, project, or business data · Create dashboards, reports, and basic visualizations to track performance and progress · Analyze user behavior, feature usage, and operational metrics · Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights · Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics for product initiative
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
· 0–3 years of experience in product, project coordination, business analysis, or data analysis
· Strong organizational and time-management skills · Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
· Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
· Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
· Exposure to product management or software development projects
· Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar
· Understanding of user experience (UX) concepts
· Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$50.00 and CA$60.00
