Project Manager – AI Development & Product Enhancements
Position Overview
The Project Manager – AI Development & Product Enhancements will oversee initiatives focused on artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and intelligent product capabilities. This role will support the delivery of AI-driven features, model enhancements, automation initiatives, and data-enabled product upgrades that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Innovation Project Delivery

Lead projects involving AI/ML development, model deployment, intelligent automation, and data-driven product enhancements.

Coordinate collaboration between Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business teams.

Translate AI concepts into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Product Enhancement & Lifecycle Management

Manage delivery of ongoing product upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

Ensure alignment with product strategy, ethical AI principles, and regulatory considerations.

Support experimentation, pilots, and iterative releases.
Risk, Quality & Compliance

Monitor risks related to data quality, model performance, explainability, and compliance.

Ensure appropriate testing, validation, and governance processes are followed.

Support documentation and knowledge transfer related to AI solutions.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy

Contribute to AI and innovation roadmaps.

Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve products and services.

Promote agile, iterative delivery approaches suited to AI and R&D environments.
Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of project management experience in software, data, or product environments.

Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, analytics platforms, or data-driven product development.

Strong understanding of Agile delivery and iterative experimentation.

Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments is an asset.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$90.00 and CA$110.00
