Our client a Software Development Company is looking for a Product Manager for their Surrey BC Location. 

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy specifically for AI/ML products in medical imaging (CT/MRI), aligned with clinical needs and the regulatory landscape.
  • Define and prioritize AI features (e.g., segmentation, anomaly detection, structured reporting) and core platform features based on clinical validity, market opportunity, and competitive analysis.
  • Own the roadmap of the platform, ensuring it provides a comprehensive, cloud-based infrastructure for managing patient data, imaging studies, and diagnostic workflows securely and efficiently for radiologists.
  • Conduct market research on diagnostic imaging trends, competitive radiology AI solutions, and customer needs from radiologists, technologists, and hospital administrators.
  • Create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for both the AI diagnostic models and the core platform features.
  • Oversee and ensure seamless interoperability by defining requirements for integration with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS), specifically focusing on DICOM, HL7 ORM/ORU Messaging, and FHIR Compatibility.
  • Manage the delivery of a cloud-agnostic, secure, and scalable platform that integrates into a radiologist's daily workflow with minimal disruption.
  • Manage the product backlog and write detailed user stories, focusing on data quality, model performance, and clinical workflow integration within core platform.
  • Partner with clinical teams, regulatory affairs, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate the clinical utility, performance metrics, and workflow benefits.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the AI products and the core platform for both internal stakeholders and external clinical partners.
  • Plan and execute product launches, coordinating messaging around the evidence base, clinical benefits, and technical architecture of the cloud-native AI solutions.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, tracking KPIs related to clinical impact, workflow efficiency, model robustness, and financial return.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issues related to the product.
  • Develop strategies for customer engagement and ensure that the product delivers value to users.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including roadmaps, release notes, and required technical files for regulatory submissions and post-market surveillance.

 
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of product management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Expert knowledge of machine learning principles, model validation, and MLOps challenges when deploying high-stakes models in clinical production.
  • Proven ability to define and manage features for a complex enterprise imaging workflow platform
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term product strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate vision, strategies, and product requirements clearly.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$120,000 and CA$140,000
