Estimated Duration: Full Time Permanent
Location:  Toronto 4x a week (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do
• Provide hands on support for daily application operations, ensuring service quality, data integrity, configuration accuracy, user administration, reporting, and system optimization
• Participate in an on call rotation to deliver after hours support for key business applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents reported by monitoring systems and end users, including root cause analysis and risk assessment for environmental changes.
• Define monitoring requirements aligned to service level commitments and ensure they are incorporated into project deliverables.
• Maintain documentation and develop training materials to support knowledge sharing across the team.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand business processes, address recurring issues, and improve application lifecycle management.
• Evaluate compliance requirements and recommend enhancements based on organizational security policies and established frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical support or development environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to quickly learn, document processes, and train others.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to correlate information across systems. Proficiency in constructing database queries and reading Oracle/PL/SQL code.
• Ability to navigate and assess Unix/Linux/*nix systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure fundamentals or administration. Desired Skills
• Experience translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with object oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C#).
• Strong understanding of hardware and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of the enterprise applications associated with this role.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$53,000 and CA$88,000
