Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Account Coordinator to play a pivotal role in

driving revenue growth, championing automation, and enhancing efficiency. You will join a

dynamic, entrepreneurial team that is shaping the future of retail media in Canada.

Position Overview: As an Account Coordinator, Retail Media, you will play a pivotal role in

supporting clients and driving digital campaign success through analytical rigor and

seamless coordination. Your insights will empower Account Managers to focus on strategic

initiatives while ensuring flawless execution across smaller client portfolios.

What You’ll Do:

• Campaign Execution & Optimization

o Drive digital media campaigns by guiding clients and cross-functional teams

with data-driven insights.o Streamline asset delivery between vendor partners, creative services, and

internal execution teams.

o Prepare pacing and post-campaign reports, providing actionable

recommendations to enhance performance.

• Client & Stakeholder Support

o Partner with Account Managers and Executives to build compelling pitch decks

and marketing materials.

o Monitor digital media trends, channels, and technologies to inform campaign

strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Align with merchandising and e-commerce teams to optimize landing page

experiences and product selection.

o Manage inventory and promotion calendars, offering insights to maximize

campaign impact.

o Facilitate billing requirements between vendors and finance, ensuring accuracy

and timeliness.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in account management for digital marketing programs

(agency or client side).

• Retail media experience is an asset.

• Exceptionally organized, with a passion for process improvement and continuous

learning.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable

insights.

• Agile, solution-oriented, and energized by new initiatives.

• Experience with media buying platforms, ad serving, and relationship management.

• Proficiency with demand-side platforms and analytics tools.

• Skilled in website analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google

Ads, Google Ad Manager).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across

teams.

• Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrixed organization.
