 What you’ll do
Reporting to the AVP, Executive Operations & Strategy, the successful candidate will act as a key resource to the CTO and COO leadership team, serving as a force?multiplier for senior executives. The candidate will support the execution of our strategy by integrating cross-business activities, orchestrating the operating rhythm, supporting strategic processes, and ensuring decision?quality inputs reach the right room at the right time.

  • Executive Management System planning cycle: maintaining the operating and reporting calendar and topic sequencing, gaining alignment, working with key executive stakeholders, and driving the strategic planning process linked to growth plans
  • Board Strategic Planning Process: gathering and synthesizing information, preparing Executive and Board documents, assisting Executive and Senior Leaders on documents, and preparing Leaders for Board meetings
  • Executive Communications: Preparing Executive updates, Board presentations and Dealer communications that tell a concise, compelling story and translate complex analysis into clear choices, risks, and implications; assist in the development of internal and external presentations and communications, preparing leaders with key messages; coordinating town halls, leadership offsites, dealer forums, and external speaking engagements; and liaising with Corporate Communications and key stakeholder for key message development
  • Key Strategic Projects/Ad-Hoc: Supporting requests on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team; scoping loosely defined problems, quickly structuring analyses, bringing forward pragmatic recommendations, and working with cross-functional groups
  • Cross Collaboration: Cultivating strong relationships and working closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and consultants to promote and execute the strategic plans

What you bring

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in business management, strategic planning, consulting, or related field; experience working directly with Senior Executives.  
  • University degree in commerce, business, finance, or related discipline
  • Experience interfacing with all levels within an organization, including Senior Executives
  • Ability to think strategically, structure ambiguous problems, exhibit exceptional organization and project management skills, and can drive cross?functional execution.  
  • Strong business and financial acumen; comfortable with budgets, business cases, KPI design, and trade?off framing.
  • Executive presence with superior written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to turn complex information into a clear, executive?level narrative.
  • Proven ability to build productive business relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Self?starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and maintains high standards under tight timelines.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$81,000 and CA$131,000
