Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong professional to support enterprise financial consolidation and CFO-level executive reporting. This role works closely with Corporate FP&A peers and focuses on collecting and consolidating inputs from multiple FP&A teams, maintaining complex Excel-based models, and supporting Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) outputs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in financial modeling and HFM, and comfortable executing recurring, high-accuracy reporting processes that directly support senior leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise FP&A Consolidation & Accuracy
- Collect budget, forecast, and performance inputs from multiple FP&A teams.
- Consolidate financial data across Hyperion outputs and Excel-based submissions into enterprise-level views.
- Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliations, and reasonableness checks prior to executive reporting.
- Maintain strict version control and submission tracking to ensure completeness and accuracy.
CFO-Level Executive Reporting
- Prepare and maintain CFO and executive FP&A decks, including tables, charts & waterfalls, and financial disclosures.
- Ensure absolute numerical accuracy across all outputs, with clear traceability to underlying models and systems.
- Support recurring executive forums (CFO reviews, Board materials) and time-sensitive ad hoc requests.
- Manage last-minute updates with discipline while preserving data integrity.
Excel Modeling & Disclosure Support
- Develop and maintain complex Excel-based models supporting enterprise disclosures, bridge analyses, and management commentary.
- Apply advanced Excel techniques to support multi-dimensional consolidation and presentation-ready outputs.
- Ensure all disclosed numbers are fully supported by reconciled, review-ready backup.
Quality Control & Governance
- Execute zero-defect quality controls, including tie-outs between Hyperion, Excel models, and presentation decks.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies by coordinating directly with FP&A teams.
- Uphold FP&A governance standards for executive reporting and disclosures.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in business, analytics, or finance
- Master’s degree or Certifications in related field is an asset
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CFA) or in process is an asset
- Strong technical expertise in financial modeling and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas (INDEXMATCH, Waterfalls), pivot tables, and multi-dimensional modeling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across FP&A teams and senior leadership.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$75,000 and CA$90,000
