Job Title: Business Information Management Analyst V
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The BIM Specialist will be part of a project pod responsible for executing the required activities to become adherent to the new data management standards. We have prioritized the bank's most critical outputs/reports . Our multi-pod project team will be responsible for over 40 outputs within the Risk and Compliance area and each output will go through stages including:
Materiality Assessment – working directly with output/report owners to determine the most important metrics/line items on the report
Data Supply Chain Analysis – Decomposing the material line items into underlying data elements and tracing them to fully understand and document the systems/transformations and both technical and business metadata.
They will be expected to work with various stakeholders across the bank from differing backgrounds including non-technical business reporting teams to technology teams, data subject matter experts, and governance professionals to deliver against agreed timelines. The ability to communicate effectively with a cross section of stakeholders with varying levels of data management technical knowledge will be a critical skill, as will attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and appropriately escalate issues and blockers to delivery.
- How much time is being spent in meetings : 5 hours a week internal meetings .
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) : All internal stakeholders different level of partners
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No
MUST HAVE:
- Financial Risk (ie. Credit Risk, Market Risk, Retail Risk)
- Data Lineage Analysis and Documentation
- Alteryx or similar End User tools
- Ms office suite ( Access/Excel/ Visio)
- Agile / Waterfall environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Data controls / data governance knowledge
- Data Control Testing experience
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$103.00 and CA$113.00
