Job Title: Operations Officer III
Location: Toronto or Markham, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
One consultant will be in more of a processing role, receiving requests and ensuring it matches bookkeeping. They will also input data into book of records.
The other consultant will be working in a processing role but more focus on trade settlements/ Share Movements/ Creating reports
MUST HAVE:
- Relevant administrative experience
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel Skills (vlookups)
- Speed & accuracy of deliverables
NICE TO HAVE:
- Banking experience – 1 year
- Prior experience using depositaries – CDS/DTC
- Previous experience in the trade lifecycle (2-5 years)- strong nice to have
EDUCATION: diploma in any discipline
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$18.00 and CA$28.00
