Job Title: Project Coordinator – IT III
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 18 Months

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Keeping portfolios up to date across seven functions
Reporting: Monthly reporting to support CIO and operational health status
High proficiency in Excel, creating pivots, and monthly status reporting
Support: Ensuring internal delivery processes are followed

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or project coordination
  • Proficiency in Portfolio and Project Management software (Planview)
  • Data analysis and reporting (Strong Excel is required)
  • Documentation and technical writing
  • Risk management and financial management, Scheduling and planning, Quality management and change management
  • Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
  • Risk and compliance tools

Nice to have:

  • Cloud platforms and database management (SQL)
  • Power BI, Tableau
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Workflow automation (Power Automate)
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$32.00 and CA$42.00
