The HR Specialized Analyst II supports the development, design, and delivery of HR solutions and advice for various business functions. The role involves providing specialized analysis, evaluation, and reporting to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
The HR Specialized Analyst II may also serve as a Case Manager in the Global Mobility Relocation Services (GMRS) team, focusing on domestic relocation case management for colleagues relocating within Canada or the United States under client’s Global Mobility Policies and Programs.
This highly visible, colleague-facing role emphasizes customer service, process improvement, adaptability, and delivering exceptional relocation experiences.
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities managing end to end case service delivery relocation file, troubleshooting any questions and ordering services. Coordinating movers etc. ability to work with HR and the line of business
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer-Focused Activities: Conduct research and evaluation related to HR initiatives; interact with partners; facilitate meetings and learning sessions; analyze business performance; drive process improvements; develop HR standards and metrics; coordinate policy meetings; support policy and process training and communication; conduct impact assessments for policy changes.

DUTIES
- Provide domestic relocation advisory, support, and education to HR/TA partners and business units
- Manage domestic relocation inquiries and counsel stakeholders on programs, including offer letter wording and cost estimates
- Manage shared inbox/ASK HR Portal
- Provide proactive and regular updates to HR/hiring manager/other Global Mobility stakeholders on overall status of file
- Serve as the primary internal contact for relocating colleagues, conducting pre-offer walk-throughs, counselling colleague on approved relocation support and ongoing communication throughout the relocation lifecycle
- Obtain Privacy Use of Information form for all relocations
- Create, update, and maintain Colleague’s relocation file in database/system of record
- Engage with Travel & Expense team as necessary
- Ensure Relocation/Moving allowance is paid timely
- Prepare CRA letters
- Manage exception requests
- Provide backup support to other case managers as needed
- Coordinate service delivery with external partners such as relocation management companies, destination service providers, movers, and tax and immigration firms
- Engage regularly with external preferred partners to ensure seamless service delivery and successful Colleague experience
- Audit vendor invoices and approve for payment
- Provide specialized support for home sale/purchase program, working closely with service partner to ensure seamless service delivery and risk mitigation
- Negotiate/decision making on home losses that effect the business/bank
- Keep business/HR updated on any potential losses associated with home sales
- Audit home sale final billing & approve for payment
- Conduct immigration strategy assessments and coordinate petitions on cross-border/international cases
- Track visa/work permit expiries and initiate renewals
- Review immigration billing and assignment end dates

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$32.00 and CA$37.00
