L’assembleur mécanique est responsable de l’assemblage de pièces, de composantes et/ou de produits à l’aide de divers outils et/ou équipements, conformément aux spécifications, aux processus et aux procédures requises pour les produits dans un environnement de fabrication.

Rôle et responsabilités

  • Assembler et monter des systèmes mécaniques à l’aide d’un logiciel d’instructions de travail étape par étape.

  • Effectuer l’installation de fixations, de quincaillerie et de produits d’étanchéité.

  • Assurer la qualité et effectuer l’auto-inspection conformément aux procédures établies.

  • Préparer les produits pour l’expédition.

  • Saisir les informations de production dans le système informatique.

  • Toute autre tâche connexe est considérée comme faisant partie du poste et peut être assignée au besoin.

Exigences en matière de connaissances et de compétences

  • Expérience dans un environnement de fabrication ou équivalent.

  • Maîtrise de l’utilisation de divers outils pneumatiques et électriques.

  • Attitude positive.

  • Capacité à soulever des pièces métalliques jusqu’à 50 livres.

  • Capacité à respecter les échéanciers et à aligner la productivité avec les indicateurs de performance et les objectifs de l’organisation.

  • Adaptabilité, capacité d’apprentissage et aptitudes en résolution de problèmes.

  • Bonne dextérité manuelle, souci du détail et débrouillardise.

Job Description

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling parts, components and/or products using a variety of tools and/or equipment in accordance with the specifications, processes and procedures required for products in a manufacturing environment.

Role and responsibilities

  • Assemble and build mechanical systems with the support of step-by-step work instruction software
  • Responsible for the installation of fasteners, hardware, and sealant
  • Ensure quality and self-inspection is carried out as per procedure.
  • Prepare products for shipment.
  • Input production information into computer.
  • All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

  • Experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
  • Competency in the use of various pneumatic and electric tools
  • Positive attitude.
  • Being able to lift metal pieces of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and align productivity with the organization's performance indicators and objectives.
  • Adaptability, learning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good manual dexterity, meticulousness, and resourcefulness.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$22.15 and CA$22.15
