Job Title: Master Data Steward – EDM
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Overview
The Master Data Steward will lead the enterprise-wide strategy to centralize, standardize, and govern master data within the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform. This role is responsible for building and executing a data cleansing roadmap, ensuring data integrity, and partnering cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy to centralize all master data into the EDM platform
- Develop and drive a multi-phase roadmap for enterprise data cleansing and standardization
- Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards
- Partner with technical developers and data analysts to execute data initiatives
- Oversee large-scale data cleansing efforts across product lines and revenue streams
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in revenue reporting and product line reporting
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Finance, Operations) and technical teams
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
- Strong experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) systems
- Proven experience leading large-scale data cleansing or data transformation initiatives
- Background in manufacturing environments required
- Experience with revenue reporting and product line reporting
- Strong ability to build roadmaps and lead cross-functional execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience
- Experience working with ERP systems and data integration initiatives
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $70.00 and $90.00
