IT Implementation Coordinator
6 Month Contract

Job Description
We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support a Retail PC Hardware Refresh in our retail stores. They will assist the core project team by executing various administrative and project related tasks. They will assist the implementation specialist in tracking shipments and coordinating installations with store dealers. We are looking for someone who is eager, highly organized, and has strong communication and customer service skills to help the project delivery run smoothly.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and email support for the stores
  • Track shipments, coordinate deployments, and communicate shipping and install dates with store contacts & internal IT Teams
  • Address any store concerns with shipping and installation
  • Work with the daily IT squad for any sustaining support inquiries
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, and meetings for the project team
  • Monitoring deployment schedules, project emails, etc.
  • Manage revisits, issue logging, tracking, shipping tracking, etc.
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Organize, maintain, and document: project/team scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, JIRA/Confluence, ad-hoc minutes
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensure project adheres to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Support project planning, tracking, and documentation activities and ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical project coordinator in a retail Environment is an asset
  • Experience working within a technology-focused project team is an asset
  • Highly organized, with expert proficiency in MS Office, Excel
  • Experience with Quickbase or other similar project tracking tool
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear way, both written and verbal
  • Goal driven individual to seek out continuous improvement opportunities
  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to adjust and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$40.00 and CA$60.00
