Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior QA Specialist with strong knowledge in Guidewire Claims testing
Key Responsibilities:
- Guidewire Claims Expertise: Utilize Guidewire software to perform claims validations on insurance applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations, also JIRA QE boards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Guidewire claims validations, with a focus on personal and commercial insurance applications.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Guidewire claims validations.
- Proficiency in personal and commercial insurance applications
- Experience in Guidewire PC, BC and CM application
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based environments and testing.
- Certification in Guidewire testing or related areas.
- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$59.00 and CA$69.00
