  • Apply a combination of traditional ML and modern AI techniques (including LLMs where appropriate) to solve complex problems.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure robust deployment, scalability, and maintainability of models in production.
  • Develop actionable insights and dashboards that are aligned with stakeholder needs and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor model performance, manage data drift, and implement retraining and optimization strategies.

Who You Are

  • You have advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) with a strong focus on solving complex, real-world data problems.
  • You have deep expertise in SQL, including query optimization, data modeling, and working across heterogeneous data sources.
  • You have proven experience designing, selecting, and implementing machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods) with clear business outcomes.
  • You have strong capability in data storytelling and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) to drive decision-making.
  • You have solid grounding in statistics and probability, with the ability to apply concepts pragmatically in production scenarios.
  • You are experienced with building and deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • You have experience working with large-scale and distributed data systems (e.g., Spark).
  • You have practical experience applying LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI in production use cases (prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval, fine-tuning exposure).
  • You have working knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • You have a strong understanding of MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD integration.
  • You are experienced in designing and maintaining data pipelines and orchestration workflows (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).
