| The client is seeking a Project Manager to manage a portfolio of Information Technology Services (ITS) Capital projects. The role requires a seasoned project management professional with a broad range of experience managing multiple, concurrent initiatives within a complex capital portfolio. The client is currently implementing its SAP transformation roadmap, including phased deployment of SAP business processes across supply chain and finance domains. As the SAP program is delivered in waves, there is a requirement to manage SAP State of Good Repair initiatives. The successful candidate will bring hands-on project delivery experience across finance, procurement, materials, warehouse and inventory management, contracts and expense management, and contingent labour, using SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Fieldglass, and Ariba. In parallel, the client is delivering the Wayfinding Strategy, a system-wide initiative to establish a unified approach to passenger and visitor navigation. This includes standards, tools, and phased implementation of both physical and digital wayfinding solutions, with the objective of delivering a consistent, accessible, and maintainable program that enhances the customer experience. For this work, the incumbent must demonstrate a proven track record delivering complex, customer-facing transit technology initiatives, including legacy system modernization, multi-channel communications platforms, GTFS and third-party integrations, and accessibility-focused digital products within a large, regulated public-sector environment. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering both enterprise SAP initiatives and customer-facing digital technology projects. Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are required to effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders and apply leading project management practices. This position requires working onsite a minimum of two days per week, with the balance remote. This arrangement is subject to change in accordance with provincial guidelines and client corporate policy. |
