SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Scrum Master leading 2 to 3 teams for value creation plan for client
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- Scrum master exp in a scaled agile context- 5 plus years
- Worked in a software development context (preferably outside of an FI) – 5 plus years
- Jira
- Scaled agile ceremonies and concepts
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Familiar with different agile systems such as Kanban
- Experience with systems or design thinking
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$67.00 and CA$76.00
