Job Title: Client Service Associate

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support institutional and high-net-worth client relationships for a leading financial services organization. This role is responsible for assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, communications, and day-to-day servicing activities throughout the client lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding, offboarding, and account transition activities
• Assist with account maintenance requests, including updates to client information, agreements, fee schedules, and related documentation
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate timely resolution of requests
• Maintain accurate client and third-party contact information within CRM systems
• Prepare and distribute recurring client reports and presentations
• Assist with client meeting preparation and development of presentation materials
• Coordinate client cash flow requests and related operational activities
• Support due diligence requests, questionnaires, and client documentation requirements
• Monitor action items and help ensure client commitments and contractual obligations are met
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall client experience
• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and communication logs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong client service, customer support, account management, or stakeholder coordination experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, banking, wealth management, asset management, or investment operations
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience preparing client-facing reports, presentations, and business communications
• Knowledge of institutional client servicing processes
• Experience supporting relationship managers or client service teams

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule based in Chicago, IL. Candidates should be comfortable working both onsite and remotely as required.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $23.00 and $23.00
