Job Description Summary
The Change Program Lead will be a dedicated, embedded resource responsible for leading and orchestrating change enablement across the Product Information System and Product Content Management program. This role will partner closely with the transformation office, product, IT, and delivery partners , the core project team, and business sponsors to ensure effective adoption of new processes, roles, and AI-enabled ways of working at scale across internal teams and external vendors.

Job Description
Role Overview
The Change Program Lead will serve as the single, integrated change enablement lead for the Product program, responsible for ensuring that the organization is ready to adopt and sustain significant changes in process, roles, technology, and operating model.
This program represents a large-scale enterprise transformation with high impact across merchandising, product content, data governance, vendor onboarding, and digital operations, requiring strategic and coordinated change leadership beyond current internal capacity.

Key Responsibilities
 Change Program Leadership & Orchestration

  • Act as the central change enablement lead across the Product Information/Content Management program
  • Orchestrate change activities across the transformation office, product, IT, delivery partners, the core project team, and business sponsors
  • Ensure alignment between technical delivery timelines and enablement/readiness activities
  • Serve as the primary interface between delivery teams and change enablement functions
  • Assess the change delivery and support resources required across the program, identifying where additional support, augmentation, or partner involvement is needed to successfully execute change activities at scale

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain an integrated change strategy and roadmap aligned to program phases
  • Define and align on: change success measures and adoption targets stakeholder-specific change approaches sequencing of enablement activities across releases
  • Establish a program-level change governance and reporting cadence

Change Impact, Readiness & Risk Management

  • Lead ongoing change impact assessment across impacted teams and roles
  • Identify and escalate adoption risks, readiness gaps, and dependency conflicts
  • Maintain a program-level change risk and readiness view to inform decision-making
  • Support go/no-go readiness assessments from a people/adoption perspective

Enablement & Training Strategy

  • Define the overall enablement and training approach for internal and external users
  • Partner with our delivery partners to ensure: accurate, role-based enablement materials are developed materials reflect evolving future-state workflows and AI-enabled processes
  • Ensure materials are tailored by role/team vs generic system documentation

Business Engagement & Change Champion Network

  • Help stand up a Change Champion network across impacted business units
  • Ensure champions are enabled with tools, messaging, and materials to support local adoption
  • Facilitate co-creation and validation of future-state processes and enablement content

Vendor Enablement & External Adoption

  • Establish and oversee a vendor enablement approach (phased onboarding, training, support)
  • Coordinate with Vendor Support Systems, Merch Training, and platform partners
  • Ensure alignment between vendor onboarding strategy and internal process transformation

Go-Live, Hypercare & Sustainment

  • Lead change readiness activities for go-live across all impacted groups
  • Coordinate hypercare support for adoption challenges post-launch
  • Define sustainment approach to embed new processes, roles, and behaviors

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$80.00 and CA$110.00
