Tundra est actuellement à la recherche d’un Analyste d’affaires TI sénior (IT Business Analyst) possédant une solide expérience en assurance et en réassurance.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de recueillir, analyser et traduire les besoins d’affaires en exigences fonctionnelles claires et testables. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’affaires, d’architecture, de développement et de QA afin de livrer des solutions de qualité dans un environnement Agile.
Le candidat idéal possède une excellente maîtrise du BABOK, de solides compétences en analyse de données (SQL) et une expérience dans la gestion d’initiatives complexes impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes. Une connaissance des pratiques CI/CD, des tests automatisés ainsi qu’un intérêt pour l’utilisation des outils d’intelligence artificielle dans l’analyse d’affaires constituent des atouts importants.
Compétences recherchées :
• 7+ ans d’expérience comme Analyste d’affaires TI
• Expérience en assurance et réassurance
• Excellente maîtrise du BABOK et de la gestion des exigences
• Solides compétences en SQL et analyse de données
• Expérience dans des environnements Agile et SDLC
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et gestion des parties prenantes

Senior IT Business Analyst (IT Business Analyst)
Tundra is currently seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (ITBA) with strong experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear and testable functional requirements. You will work closely with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of BABOK, excellent data analysis (SQL) skills, and experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and an interest in using artificial intelligence tools in business analysis are considered strong assets.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry
- Strong expertise in BABOK and requirements management
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience working in Agile and SDLC environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$64.00 and CA$80.00
