SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Helping the wealth LOB with cash in and cash out requests, processing requests on various applications, high volume processing transactions, SLA based.
Must Have Skills:
- 2-4 years of banking/financial
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft 365 proficiency- Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with excel spreadsheet management
SOFT SKILLS:
- Good communication skills- written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$22.00 and CA$26.00
