Contexte du mandat
Le client recherche un consultant en réadaptation pour remplacer un consultant ayant récemment pris sa retraite. La personne sera intégrée directement à l'équipe d'invalidité et travaillera en collaboration avec les analystes de dossiers et les assurés afin de favoriser leur retour au travail.
Le mandat s'inscrit dans un contexte de croissance de l'équipe d'invalidité depuis la fusion avec iA, générant une augmentation du volume de dossiers nécessitant un accompagnement en réadaptation.
Principales responsabilités
- Effectuer l'analyse des dossiers d'invalidité.
- Contacter les assurés et évaluer leurs besoins.
- Intervenir auprès de personnes vivant :
- stress,
- anxiété,
- épuisement professionnel,
- troubles psychologiques,
- insatisfaction professionnelle,
- limitations physiques.
- Intervenir en situation de crise et offrir du coaching et de l'encadrement.
- Élaborer et recommander des plans de mobilisation et de réadaptation.
- Collaborer avec les médecins traitants concernant les retours progressifs au travail.
- Évaluer les possibilités de réorientation professionnelle ou de développement de carrière.
- Accompagner des travailleurs autonomes dans une démarche de retour au travail.
- Maintenir la documentation des dossiers dans les systèmes de gestion des réclamations.
Profil recherché
Exigences essentielles
- Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais).
- Expérience en réadaptation professionnelle, invalidité ou retour au travail.
- Excellentes habiletés d'intervention psychosociale.
- Capacité à gérer des clients présentant des enjeux de santé mentale et d'adaptation professionnelle.
- Solides aptitudes communicationnelles et relationnelles.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes de gestion de dossiers.

Project Overview
The client is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to replace a consultant who recently retired. The successful candidate will join the Disability Management team and work closely with Disability Case Analysts and insured members to facilitate their return to work.
This opportunity arises due to the continued growth of the disability team following the merger with iA, which has significantly increased the number of disability claims requiring rehabilitation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess disability claim files.
- Contact insured members and evaluate their rehabilitation needs.
- Provide support to individuals experiencing:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Burnout
- Psychological or mental health conditions
- Job dissatisfaction
- Physical limitations
- Provide crisis intervention, coaching, and ongoing guidance.
- Develop and recommend rehabilitation and return-to-work action plans.
- Collaborate with treating physicians to coordinate gradual return-to-work programs.
- Assess career transition, vocational rehabilitation, or career development opportunities.
- Support self-employed individuals in their return-to-work process.
- Maintain accurate documentation in disability claims management systems.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Fully bilingual (French & English) – spoken and written.
- Experience in:
- Vocational Rehabilitation
- Disability Management
- Return-to-Work (RTW) programs
- Strong psychosocial intervention and counseling skills.
- Ability to support clients dealing with:
- Mental health challenges
- Workplace adaptation issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Claims management or case management systems.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$50.00 and CA$75.00
