SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Work in close partnership with various business and technology partners and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements:
- understand and document process flows, data flows, system integrations, and application architectures.
- create clear technical diagrams and artifacts that support solution design and delivery.
- gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical requirements to support development, testing, and implementation activities.

- Collaborate and partner with business lines to analyze current state and gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ALM, FTP, and IRR; Provide leadership and guidance, make
- recommendations, to ensure the technology solution meets the business needs
- Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents.
- Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
- Provide support/oversight and guidance in the delivery of business and technology requirements with focus on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation
- Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
- Implement QRM platform by understanding the business objectives of Treasury pillars and ensure it aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Support the implementation of QRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Utilize your deep understanding of QRM to address complex business challenges.
- Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
- Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.
- Promote innovation by applying subject matter expertise to generate forward-thinking ideas as well as critical thinking to find opportunities for improvement
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- Experience implementing, integrating, or supporting QRM or comparable Treasury / ALM platforms OR Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise system implementations, ideally
- within financial services, risk, treasury, or other complex data-intensive environments. – 3 years
- Expert analyzing and reconciling large datasets, investigations to drive business requirements, decisions, and solutions.
- Strong diagramming and process modeling skills (data flows, system architecture, and business process maps).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience leveraging JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, maintain traceability, support Agile delivery, and produce project documentation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements and business rules into technology requirements and maintain end-to-end traceability.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, system testing, validation methodologies, and process documentation.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including design, development, testing, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining governance, requirements, and design artifacts.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system integration patterns.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet management, and interest rate risk management concepts.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and integration specifications.
- Knowledge of data lineage, data governance, and data quality management.
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$81.00 and CA$91.00
