Job Title: Identity & Access Management Analyst
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)

Overview:
The IAM Analyst is responsible for managing user access across enterprise systems, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role supports access provisioning, deprovisioning, audits, account administration, and ServiceNow ticket management while partnering with business teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain IAM best practices.
Job Description
- Provision and configure user access across multiple internal and external applications, platforms, and domains, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and GuideWire Suite.
- Process and coordinate system user access reviews and document IAM control standards.
- Manage employee transfers, terminations, and access modifications based on HR updates.
- Administer temporary, expired, inactive, disabled, and problematic accounts.
- Receive, prioritize, execute, and track requests through ServiceNow while meeting service levels.
- Support audits by gathering evidence and assisting with remediation activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and process improvement.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders through professional customer service.
Qualifications
- 4 years related IT experience or post-secondary education.
- Working knowledge of IAM concepts, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and ServiceNow is an asset.
- ITIL or related IT certifications are considered assets.
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$55.00 and CA$65.00
