Operations Coordinator
Location: Conroe, Texas (100% Onsite)
Estimated Duration: 6 Months
We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with operational support and thrives in an organized, team-focused setting.
Responsibilities

Enter, maintain, and update data within ERP systems.

Process purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and other operational documentation.

Generate reports and monitor operational performance metrics.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.

Support inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.

Respond to customer and employee inquiries via phone and email.

Maintain accurate files and operational records.

Assist leadership with special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.

At least one year of experience using an ERP system.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment.

Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory, purchasing, or logistics processes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or other ERP systems.

Previous experience in an operations, administrative, or logistics coordination role.

Knowledge of inventory control and operational reporting.
