Job Description: Full Code Solution Developer
Location: Cambridge, ON (4 days onsite)
Contract: expected duration until March 31st

Position Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate-to-Senior Full Code Solution Developer to support enterprise manufacturing applications and platform tooling initiatives. This role combines software development, automation engineering, platform operations, and DevOps responsibilities.
The successful candidate will design, build, deploy, and support enterprise applications while helping create scalable automation, governance, and management solutions supporting operational teams and Microsoft Power Platform environments.
This position requires a developer who can work independently, engage directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, create system designs, and deliver production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
  • Build and support internal management and administration tools.
  • Create automation and operational tooling using PowerShell, APIs, and scripting frameworks.
  • Develop integrations with Dataverse, Power Platform, and enterprise systems.
  • Design and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, release management, and environment administration.
  • Gather requirements directly from business and operational stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and system designs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver enhancements across supported systems.
  • Contribute to governance, automation, and platform-management initiatives.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and supporting production-grade enterprise applications.
  • Strong experience with:
    • C#
    • .NET / ASP.NET Core
    • Angular (or comparable modern frontend framework)
    • SQL Server
    • REST APIs
    • PowerShell
  • Experience designing end-to-end application architectures.
  • Strong database design and application architecture skills.
  • Experience building automation, administration, or deployment tooling.
  • Understanding of source control and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently drive technical work and solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Experience with Power Platform and Power Apps ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting governance, administration, and automation within Power Platform environments.
  • AWS experience.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture patterns.
  • Manufacturing or industrial systems experience.
  • Experience supporting production enterprise applications.
  • Experience with IIS-hosted applications and Windows Server environments.

  • Intermediate-to-Senior Software Engineer.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Able to design systems, not just write code.
  • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications.
  • Experienced in automation, DevOps, and operational tooling.
  • Familiar with Power Platform ecosystems and enterprise application operations.
  • Uses AI-assisted development tools effectively while maintaining strong technical ownership and code quality.
  • Comfortable making independent technical decisions and owning outcomes.

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$55.00 and CA$65.00
