High Level Job Description
This position supports the rollout, adoption, and sustainment of Process Orchestration capabilities for Supply Chain use cases, including requisition intake and triage, guided buying, supplier enablement, PO change order support, and related workflow improvements. The role works across SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to translate process needs into practical enablement, support testing and deployment, resolve adoption barriers, and sustain solutions after go-live. The position exists to improve user experience, increase process compliance, reduce manual effort and rework, and help SCM realize value from digital process orchestration investments.
Specific Accountabilities
- Support rollout planning and execution for Process Orchestration use cases across Supply Chain, including stakeholder readiness, deployment coordination, adoption tracking, hypercare, and transition to sustainment.
- Partner with SCM, TIS, ERP Sustainment, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and solution vendors to validate requirements, confirm process impacts, support testing, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Act as a Supply Chain process advisor by translating operational needs into practical workflow, data, training, and change management requirements that support process compliance and user adoption.
- Maintain and improve sustainment processes for deployed use cases by monitoring defects, enhancement requests, training needs, knowledge gaps, and recurring user issues.
- Develop and maintain rollout materials, training content, job aids, communications, process documentation, and adoption reporting to support consistent use across business units.
- Analyze usage, defect, and adoption data to identify barriers, recommend improvements, prioritize enhancements, and demonstrate value realization from Process Orchestration capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement of SCM processes, tools, and standards by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, simplify user experience, and strengthen compliance.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of progressively responsible and related experience in the SCM field, preferably in an Oil & Gas Midstream.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Aptitude and communications skills related to leading and acting independently as a member of the Management Team
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, take initiative, lead, and manage change
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a SCM related professional certification, such as PMAC or ISM, is considered an asset.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, Maximo, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, process orchestration tools, automation platforms, or AI-enabled workflow solutions is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts, sustainment models, stakeholder training, and adoption measurement across multiple business units is considered an asset
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $46.00 and $52.00
