Job Title:  Business Analyst (Specialist)
Location: 700 Louisiana Street, Suite 70, Houston, TX, USA,77002. (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite)
Contract Duration:  12 months contract

Description:
Education & Experience

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant data entry experience.
  • Experience in Project Management preferred/required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Forms and Power Platform.

Core Skills

  • Advanced alpha/numeric data entry with strong accuracy and completeness.
  • Minimum 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).
  • Proficient with a 10-key adding machine/keypad.
  • Strong mathematical and item-processing skills.
  • Microsoft Access experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential/sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and proof data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Code, sort, prioritize, and organize work.
  • Identify and correct errors through visual inspection.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
  • Perform basic mechanical adjustments, including switching sets and changing control features.
  • Perform advanced data entry across multiple systems.
  • Support multiple data entry tasks and develop simple SOPs when needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information.

Decision-Making & Leadership

  • Make decisions within assigned scope and authority.
  • Independently plan, organize, and schedule work.
  • Make decisions that may impact the department.
  • Provide guidance to staff after developing strong knowledge of the work.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $50.00 and $55.00
