Job Title: Business Information Management Specialist IV
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Estimated Duration: 12 Months

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Facilitating the review of the requirements and ensuring requirements are implemented and delivered and validated.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong technical data management capabilities across enterprise datasets, including data sourcing, onboarding, integration, lineage analysis, source-to-target mapping, and support for modern cloud-based data platforms and end-to-end data flows.
  • Strong technical capability to support data quality and business validation, including analysis of mapping and transformation rules, control and reconciliation results, root-cause investigation, and partnership with technology teams to resolve defects.
  • Experience establishing disciplined testing practices for large-scale business and data initiatives, including test planning, test-case design, requirements traceability, execution coordination, defect triage, regression testing, and test evidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive execution, and deliver tangible business impact.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and investigation of complex data issues. -5 years
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and Treasury domains, including exposure to wholesale and/or retail businesses and use cases such as investments, and Treasury data products modeling. -5 years
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex data initiatives in banking or financial services, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutions and measurable outcomes -5 years
  • Experience with project testing discipline – 5 years

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Treasury background with other product domain knowledge like liquidity, capital

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$72.00 and CA$81.00
