Job Title: Loan Operation Rep I
Location: Greenville, SC (Remote)

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Sort and Distribute: Receive daily mail and packages, sort items by department or recipient, and deliver them across the facility.
Process Outgoing Mail: Weigh letters and parcels, calculate correct postage, and operate postage meters or franking equipment.
Track and Log: Record incoming and outgoing registered, certified, or tracked packages and obtain delivery signatures.
Manage Shipping Services: Coordinate pickups and deliveries with major vendors like USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Maintain Inventory: Keep an adequate supply of envelopes, labels, boxes, and postage
Organization: Strong attention to detail to route misdirected mail and log items accurately.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and transport heavy mail bins, carts, and large boxes.
Equipment Operation: Familiarity with scanners, postage meters, letter openers, and copy machines.
Communication: Basic computer literacy and polite customer service when handling staff inquiries.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

  • Clerical exp
  • MS office suite
  • Customer service

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $17.00 and $20.00
