Data Base Support  E.I.T.  (X2)

Our client is a leading energy utility that generates, purchases, distributes and sells electricity. They are currently looking for a  Data Base Support EIT for their Burnaby location

Overview:

The Data Base Support EIT will  support the Transmission Sustainment Planning team in the management of asset data, data analytics, and data quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage  asset data, data analytics, and data quality.
  • Facilitating project tracking for multiple teams.
  • Supporting the Operations and Planning (O&P) and Sustainment Teams, including Transmission and Generation (TSTN & GSTN), in project coordination.
  • Attending various meetings as the IP MRS representative to ensure compliance efforts throughout projects implementation phases.
  • Interfacing projects with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts;
  • understanding, classifying, and summarizing technical project information; and
  • Communicating technical information accurately, succinctly, and consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s  degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Registered Engineer-in-Training .
  • A minimum one (1) years of in a relevant engineering field
  • good programming, data and analytic skill
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
  • Experience in power lines and power systems would be an asset.

 

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$36.00 and CA$45.00
