We are seeking a resilient and accomplished Account Manager to lead key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and champion TRM’s Retail Media solutions as a strategic partner to agencies and advertisers. You will join a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial team shaping the future of retail media in Canada.
What You’ll Do
The Account Manager, Retail Media will be responsible for independently managing client relationships and overseeing the planning, development, and performance of digital campaigns.
- Own the digital media campaigns in your portfolio by guiding clients and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable success.
- Act as a trusted liaison with clients regarding new product launches and digital advertising opportunities, demonstrating deep knowledge of TRM’s solutions and how they drive business growth.
- Foster and grow client relationships across internal and external stakeholders, championing a customer-focused culture.
- Monitor the latest trends in digital media—including channels, formats, and technologies—and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services.
- Partner with Account Executives to build compelling pitch decks and marketing materials for client and stakeholder meetings.
- Report on business goals internally and take ownership of outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives for your assigned client list.
- Create and maintain work-back schedules, budget summaries, plan delivery, and campaign reports.
- Engage directly with digital media partners to build and manage CTC’s retail media portfolio.
What You Bring
- College or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- 5–7 years of professional account management experience for digital marketing programs, either agency or client side.
- Proven ability to independently manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Resilient, agile, and a self-starter; thrives when working on new initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience with media buying platforms, ad serving, and relationship management.
- Proficiency with demand-side platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with website analytics tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Ad Manager).
- Experience with CRM and workflow tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Monday.com is an asset.
- Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust

The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between CA$85,000 and CA$90,000
